ANNOUNCEMENT

For 30 years I have been helping organisations and individuals with their Barcode and Auto ID issues but now I have decided it is time to move on and retire from being the Barcode Man.

I will continue to respond to emails from existing customers about their earlier purchases, their special programming configurations and warranty issues but I regret I cannot help with new purchases or issues nor recommend alternative products or sources.

How to get help

A number of different setup procedures use this page to select specific requirements.
Depending on the particular procedure you may need to scan one or more of these codes.
To avoid accidentally scanning the wrong barcode use blank paper as a mask and approach the target barcode with a sideways motion.
If you make a mistake you may need to start over from the beginning of the whole procedure. Occasionally you will need to cycle the power to the scanner to escape from programming mode. For some procedures you may be able to use the Backspace barcode to make a correction.
